Lic. Marcy Marrero

Developer and Director of several projects focused on STEAM

Marcy Marrero is a developer and project manager who focuses on the areas of science, technology, mathematics, art and engineering (STEAM).

In 2011, he started an educational robotics program and founded the first LEGO Education certified academy in Atlacomulco, State of Mexico. Recently, in 2021, Marrero founded the first educational robotics school in San Miguel de Allende (DivertRobots). The school offers programs for children, youth and adults, who learn robotics skills while being linked to solving various problems.

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of introducing technology into the medical field, as well as the ways it has been applied to this day. In addition, they will have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice through working with programmable robots with a basic level of programming.
